About Me

Jessica L. Norris
Born and raised in the Northeast U.S., I’ve been living in beautiful Kona, Hawaii since 2018 with my husband, a local, and our two children. My passion for sports and fitness started with my involvement in competitive sports, especially soccer, which I played throughout college. Over time, this passion transformed into a strong desire to help others improve their health and fitness in sustainable, enjoyable ways.
I’m an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and offer a range of training styles, including HIIT, Functional Fitness, Strength Training, and Mobility work. I enjoy working with both individuals and groups, tailoring each session to meet the unique goals of my clients.
I believe that fitness should be fun and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. My goal is to help you find joy in movement, build lasting strength, and feel your absolute best. Fitness is more than just reaching a specific goal—it’s about creating a lifestyle that makes you feel empowered and energized for the long run.
Training in Paradise
Since moving to Hawaii, I’ve had the pleasure of working with both local clients and visitors to the islands. For those visiting Kona on vacation, I offer personalized training sessions to keep you active, refreshed, and balanced while enjoying your time in paradise. Whether it’s a one-on-one beach workout or a group session to start your day, I’m here to make fitness a highlight of your Hawaiian experience.
One of my favorite things about working with Jess was how much she tailored the exercise to my goals. Each session was very thought out and intentional. She always checked in on my energy level which made me feel very safe and taken care of.

I am so glad I had the privilege of discovering Jessica! Her unique blend of balance and strength training challenges has left me astounded by what my 70-year-old self is capable of achieving. I now carry myself with greater self-assurance, feeling firmly grounded and stable. It's immensely satisfying to be able to effortlessly lift my 35 lb carry-on luggage into the overhead bin, all on my own!
